Pitch-adjustable low-profile Plasma Mount
Chief's UPM Universal Mounts are the solution for
simplifying inventory of wall mounts for multiple Large Flat Panel
Display models. The mounts come in two models that fit nearly 200
display manufacturer model numbers on the market, reducing
multiple SKU numbers. The UPM uses the patented Pull-N-Pitch™
tilt mechanism for effortless adjustment. Both universal mounts
utilize the Q-Latch™ Mounting System that incorporates the same
easy installation, stable mounting, quick release and integrated
security that installers and customers prefer.
Universal Pitch-Adjustable Wall Mount incorporates the exclusive
benefit of Chief’s patented Pull-N-Pitch™ Adjustment Control
that allows smooth pitch adjustment 0–15 degrees by hand.
Pull-N-Pitch™ self-adjusts to securely hold the angle, and can
be locked down for public display applications.

Q. Why choose the UPM/USM?
A. The UPM/USM Series Mounts are the mounts of choice
for distributors and stocking dealers. With 2 models in each line
covering virtually every Large Flat Panel Display from 32" to
50", it is easy to make sure you always have the correct
mount when you need it.
Q. Do I need to order a separate interface bracket
with the mount?
A. No. Each mount includes an interface bracket that
fits multiple Large Flat Panel Display models. This allows for
easy ordering and simple stocking of wall mounts for multiple
display models. Determine which model (1400 or 2400) will
accommodate your display by looking up the manufacturer and model
number on the cross-reference chart.
Q. How does the integrated lateral shift feature work?
A. The mounting plate contains wide slots that allow
you to attach the mount to a stud and shift right or left. This
lateral shift system holds the display centered on the mount to
provide the most stable support possible and keeps the mount
hidden behind the display at all times. For an additional 4"
/ 10.2 cm of lateral shift on either side of 16" on-center
studs, order the PAC-125 accessory
