There are currently two types of drivers available for Delta Series sound cards.  The proper version to use depends on the operating system installed.  VXD drivers are optimized for Windows 9X OS, and supports 24/96 DAD support in conjunction with PowerDVD, or DTS Audio CDs in conjunction with Sonic Foundry's Siren Jukebox.  WDM drivers are used in Windows NT, 2000, and XP, although we recommend it highly for use with Delta 410 to experience the full-functionality of multi-channel support.  All drivers support Dolby Digital and DTS DVD pass-through via S/PDIF.

Best Home Theater based Drivers: 

VXD drivers - Recommended for Windows 98, SE, and ME users.

WDM drivers - Recommended for Windows 2000 and XP users, or for users of Delta 410 in  Windows ME, 2000, and XP.

PowerDVD XP 4.0 required for decoding DD 5.1.  PowerDVD XP 4.0 Deluxe required for DD, DTS, and Dolby Prologic II multi-channel decoding.
