Enabling .wav output from
Delta series sound card
Windows 98/ME : Windows .wav files are encoded in
22kHz in their native format. To enable the audio output, sound file must be converted to
44kHz. To change the sample rate:

Open Windows Recorder and open .wav file (See under Windows
Directory>Media and choose any .wav file).

In the stopped mode, go to File>Properties

Choose "All Formats" in the drop down box.

Click on the "Convert Now" button.

Choose CD Quality
(PCM 44.100 Hz, 16bit Stereo)

Click "OK" to finish. Close the application.
