businesses are built on incentives, and we want you back to shop
with us again. When you return as a repeat customer, we
offer you a discount on almost all products at our store (PC
hardware excluded). We strive to offer you the best
shopping experience with knowledgeable staff ready to help with
technical know-how or even referrals when necessary, but we also
want you to be able to access the best prices online.
How to use
the discount program:
When you see
this PC logo 
on a product page, that means you're in for a
discount.
Our Preferred
Customer Program is automatically activated for customers that
have shopped with us in the last two years and established an
on-line account at our store. To start saving,
simply:
Log-in
before you start shopping to view your savings.
When on the
product page, click the "Buy" button to see your
discount.

This
will add the item to your cart and reveal your discount
price. You can clear you cart if you do not want to
purchase the item. |
In the store
pages, discounted prices will appear in
the product list.
In addition to
special pricing, we also
handle the shipping on your order as priority to get your package out quickly. Normal shipping deadlines still apply, but we'll
make extra effort.
The Preferred
Customer Program is only available when shopping on-line.
If you are
purchasing a big ticket item, call or
e-mail us and let our friendly staff work with you on
pricing as well as recommendations.
Eligibility
The Preferred
Customer program will activate after the first order has been
received and processed (shipped). All subsequent purchases
will automatically be priced at the "Preferred Price"
where applicable. The program will expire after two years of
inactivity on the account. Preferred Customer program
requires participants to use real IP e-mail addresses. No
free e-mail service address (hotmail, Yahoo, Google, etc.) will be
accepted on new customers. We express our regret for any
inconvenience for the ID Theft safeguard.

Connection reserves the right to end the Preferred Customer
Program without prior notice. Preferred Customer Program is
not available for purchases on extended credit terms and available only through
our e-commerce store. Shipping discounts are available where
applicable and advertised. Acceptance of the discounted
pricing constitutes agreement with the terms of the
program.
