Our-of-stock
and back-ordered products
Although we
strive to maintain our inventory constant, we may experience an
back-order status when we run out of certain products. When
this occurs, we will send an e-mail with a notice on the
out-of-stock item and an estimated arrival time when
available.
Shipping
information
We
use UPS for both domestic and international shipments.
Express service
orders (Overnight Express, Next Day or 2-day service) are processed on the same day
if received before 12:00N Pacific Standard Time. Ground
shipments are processed as quickly as we can generally on the same
or next day.
International
shipping is available but rates are not calculated at the time of
order. Once your order has been placed on-line, you will
receive an e-mail with the shipping charge and a request for your
approval in approximately 24 hours except on the weekend. No
orders will be processed until you response with approval on the
shipping charge is received. Customers are responsible for
all customs entry fees and taxes as well as brokers charges.
Please contact your local UPS office for the charges that will
apply at the time of delivery.

A confirmation
with freight/tracking number will be e-mailed on the day your
order is shipped.
Signature
Required on delivery
We require signature on all shipments
unless you have specified signature waiver. If a person is
not present to accept the package, a notice of delivery will be
left at your door. Some
customers may have special arrangements or signature waivers with
the local UPS office to leave a package which we will honor if the
option is checked on your order, but normal liabilities do not
apply. Requesting signature waiver will result in
your shipment insurance being limited to maximum of $100 in the
event of loss or theft. Digital Connection
is not responsible any liabilities arising from your choosing
signature waiver when placing an order at our store.
Signature
waivers are not available when the shipping address differs from
the billing address of the card being charged.

more time for processing. Please refer
